| SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS |
| The following are the MINIMUM HARDWARE requirements necessary to ensure an easy, error-free installation and successful operation of Safety Inspection Record Keeping System at your inspection Station. |
- A working computer with windows 2000 or newer. (No millennium or Vista).
- 1 GB of RAM.
- Minimum of 80 GB of free hard drive space.
- No less than three (3) open USB ports (configured for read / write capability).
- An Attached, installed dedicated laser printer.
- An installed Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS); not a “power strip”.
- A removable 4 GB “memory stick” or applicable space on server.
- Internet access (Cable, Satellite, or DSL). Continual access to:
- Administrative password if required to load SAFETY software at administrator level and set permissions.

| The following MATERIALS / DOCUMENTS must be available to the installer at the time of installation
and training. |
- Completed notarized technician signature sheets.
- Dealer plate (tag) numbers used for inspection of internal vehicles (PDI’s).
- Current available stickers.
- 3 ring binder to store notarized technician sheets, 3 hole punch.

Important notice:
Typically we allocate three (3) to five (5) hours to complete the software installation and staff training. Additional hourly cost will be
charged if we are forced to delay installation or training because of lack of equipment, equipment not installed, or access / permission
to designated computer, network, or intranet. |
